Give your head a brain shower over lunch with a simple creative activity in our Hub. Bring your lunch with you! On Wednesday 3 June, make your own mini print using kneadable erasers and ink stamp pads taking inspiration from the shapes and textures in ‘Traces of a Traumatic Future’.
Engaging in art activities has been proven to benefit mental health and help with anxiety and depression, improve focus, and promote relaxation.
All materials are provided, as well as tea, coffee & biscuits. No booking required, just drop in!
Accessibility
Workshops take place in our Hub on the ground floor of the gallery, with step-free ramp access. There is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor.
