Our free creative workshops for teens & adults take place in our Community & Engagement Hub monthly on a Saturday afternoon.
Crafternoon is combining with our Creative Workshop for Teens and Adults this November in the Golden Thread Gallery Hub!
Make your own lampshade cover using natural materials, gelli plate printing, PVA pasting and wet strength tissue paper to take home in our next Creative Workshop.
Each lampshade has three panels, create a story for your shade using leaf imprints with gelli plate printing, or create a stained glass inspired design using coloured tissue paper.
Workshops are facilitated by Isabel, and our lovely volunteers. All materials are provided, along with snacks & drinks.
Please note: although workshops are free, places must be booked via our Eventbrite here.
Accessibility
Workshops take place in our Hub on the ground floor of the gallery, with step-free ramp access. There is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor.
