Over 65? Take part in ‘City of Stories’, our free art workshops for older people, every Tuesday!
City of Stories are free art workshops for older people, supported by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland Arts & Older People programme.
Come along to celebrate the history and heritage of our city’s buildings, streets and communities. Share your own memories and stories! Artist Katharine Paisley and the GTG team will guide you in fun, easy and welcoming sessions.
You don’t have to attend every session, and you can just observe if you aren’t sure about taking part. No artistic experience is needed, and it’s a great way to connect with people and make new friends.
Workshops take place in our Hub every Tuesday from 11.30 to 1.30. We’ll provide all materials, as well as tea, coffee & biscuits. Our building is wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible.
Accessibility
Workshops take place in our Hub on the ground floor of the gallery, with step-free ramp access. There is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor.
