Golden Thread Gallery is proud be an Embrace the Inclusive Spirit Tourism Award winner for 2026!
GTG was awarded the prize for ‘Most Useful Visitor Information’. In our new Queen Street venue and online, the entire GTG team works hard to make all our signage, exhibition materials, workshops and website as inclusive and accessible as possible. Last year we were awarded Arts & Disability Access venue accreditation. We’re committed to being a welcoming venue for everyone, and we’ll continue to make improvements and keep learning!
The Embrace the Inclusive Spirit Tourism Awards recognise tourism businesses in Belfast that provide exceptional service for disabled visitors. The initiative is part of Belfast City Council’s ‘Make Yourself at Home’ 10-year tourism plan. The annual #InclusiveSpirit event is organised in partnership with Visit Belfast, Tourism NI and Titanic Belfast.
