GTG is thrilled to announce that Liz Byrne, our Development Manager, has been awarded an Achates Community Bursary for 2025-26.
Achates Community is a platform for cultural sector charity employees offering support and learning, a leadership programme and community spaces. Bursary winners will have a year of free membership, with access to the extensive Achates digital support and learning platform.
Liz says, “I’m grateful to Achates Community for this 12-month Bursary award! It gives me a compass to guide my next steps professionally and personally. I believe it will really help me contribute the best of my skills and passion to supporting and advocating for the arts in Northern Ireland going forward. Many thanks to Achates Community, and to the gallery Co-Directors Peter Richards and Sarah McAvera for always being so supportive of everyone on the gallery team.”
